5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

winbs ensures fair play. Using automated bots, scripts, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

6.4 Sports Betting

By placing sports bets, the user acknowledges that outcomes are uncertain and that they bear full responsibility for any losses. Markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports are available on winbs.

VIP Program and Rewards

winbs has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers can be reached through active play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

The terms for cashback and other VIP benefits are subject to change. winbs reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP program rules.

Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Use of automated software or bots.
• Abusive behavior toward winbs staff.
• Providing false or misleading information.

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. The self-exclusion option is always available as part of responsible gaming.

These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between winbs and the user. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be in effect.
